Filed Plan definition

Filed Plan means the Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization of Bristow Group Inc. and Its Debtor Affiliates, As Modified, dated August 22, 2019 [Docket No. 589], provided that any amendment thereto that has an economic effect upon any of the Macquarie Parties must be subject to the reasonable consent of Macquarie.
Filed Plan means the Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization of Bristow Group Inc. and Its Debtor Affiliates, As Modified, dated August 22, 2019 [Docket No. 589].
Filed Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(a).

  • Thrift Plan means the Financial Institutions Thrift Plan, a qualified and tax-exempt defined contribution plan and trust under Sections 401(a) and 501(a) of the Code, as adopted by the Bank.

  • Deferral Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the amount of the Deferrals.

  • Former Plan means any employee benefit plan in respect of which the Customer or a Subsidiary has engaged in a transaction described in Section 4069 or Section 4212(c) of ERISA.

  • Distribution Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the time and form of distribution.

  • Parent Benefit Plan means any Employee Benefit Plan maintained by, sponsored by or contributed to by, or obligated to be contributed to by any Parent Group Entity.
