Common use of Deductible Payments Clause in Contracts

Deductible Payments. If the Premises or the Office Complex is damaged, and such damage is of the type insured against under the fire and special form property damage insurance maintained by Lessor hereunder, the cost of repairing said damage up to the amount of the deductible under said insurance policy shall be included as a part of the Operating Expenses.

Deductible Payments. If the Premises Premises, the Building or (if applicable) the Office Complex is damaged, and such damage is of the type insured against under the fire and special form property damage insurance maintained by Lessor Landlord hereunder, the cost of repairing said such damage up to the amount of the deductible under said such insurance policy shall (provided the same is commercially reasonable) will be included as a part of the Operating Expenses.
