DEDUCTIBLES AND SELF-INSURED. RETENTIONS CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for payment of any deductibles contained in any insurance policy(ies) required herein and CONTRACTOR shall also be responsible for payment of any self-insured retentions.

DEDUCTIBLES AND SELF-INSURED. Retentions Any deductibles or self-insured retentions that exceed $50,000 per occurrence or claim must be declared to TMWA prior to signing this Agreement. TMWA is entitled to request and receive additional documentation, financial or otherwise, prior to giving its approval of the deductibles and self-insured retentions. Any changes to the deductibles or self-insured retentions made during the term of this Agreement or during the term of any policy must be declared to and accepted by TMWA prior to the change taking effect. Vendor has the obligation to pay any applicable deductible of self-insured retention.

  • Deductibles and Self-Insured Retentions Any deductibles or self-insured retentions must be declared to, and approved by CITY's Risk Manager. At the option of CITY, either; the insurer shall reduce or eliminate such deductibles or self-insured retentions as respects CITY, its officer, employees, agents and contractors; or GRANTEE shall procure a bond guaranteeing payment of losses and related investigations, claim administration and defense expenses in an amount specified by the CITY's Risk Manager.
