Disallowance If the Contractor claims or receives payment for a service or reimbursement that is later disallowed by the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall promptly refund the disallowed amount upon the Judicial Council's request. Deduction Sick leave allowed shall be deducted from the accumulated sick leave days earned by the employee.
Disallowed Costs The Contractor is responsible for any audit exceptions or disallowed costs incurred by its own organization or that of its Subcontractors.
Final Compensation Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS prior to January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during twelve (12) consecutive months of employment. Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS on or after January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during thirty-six (36) consecutive months of employment.
Overpayment Provider shall be liable to the GLO for any costs disallowed pursuant to financial and/or compliance audit(s) of funds received under this Contract. Provider shall reimburse such disallowed costs from funds other than those that Provider received under this Contract. Provider must refund disallowed costs and overpayments of funds received under this Contract to the GLO within 30 days after the GLO issues notice of overpayment to Provider.
Withholding Payments The State reserves the right to withhold payment of the Engineer's billing statement in the event of any of the following: (1) If a dispute over the work or costs thereof is not resolved within a thirty day period; (2) pending verification of satisfactory work performed; (3) the Engineer becomes a delinquent obligor as set forth in Section 231.006 of the Family Code; (4) required reports are not received; or (5) the State Comptroller of Public Accounts will not issue a warrant to the Engineer. In the event that payment is withheld, the State shall notify the Engineer and give a remedy that would allow the State to release the payment.
DEDUCTION FROM SALARY A. The Board agrees to deduct from the salaries of its employees dues for the Flemington-Raritan Education Association, Hunterdon County Education Association, the New Jersey Education Association, and the National Education Association, as said teachers individually and voluntarily authorize the Board to deduct. Said deductions shall be made in compliance with N.J.S.A. 52-14-15.9(e) and under rules established by the State Department of Education. Said moneys, together with records of any corrections, shall be transmitted to the Treasurer of the Flemington-Raritan Education Association by the 15th of each month following the monthly pay period in which deductions were made. Upon termination of employment of any teacher, the disbursing officer shall deduct any remaining amount due for that current school year. The Association Treasurer shall disburse such moneys to the appropriate association or associations. Teacher authorizations shall be in writing in the form set forth: AUTHORIZATION TO DEDUCT ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP DUES Name Soc. Sec. # School Bldg. Dues Deduction 6.2.1 The District shall deduct, in accordance with the CSEA dues and service fee schedule approved by the CSEA delegates, dues from the wages of all employees who are members of CSEA on the date of the execution of this Agreement, and who have submitted dues authorization forms to the District.
Withholding Payment In addition to the specific consequences explained in the Grant Work Plan and/or Special Terms and Conditions, the State of Florida (State) reserves the right to withhold payment when the Grantee has failed to perform/comply with provisions of this Agreement. None of the financial consequences for nonperformance in this Agreement as more fully described in the Grant Work Plan shall be considered penalties.
