Deduction for Uncorrected Work. If Owner reasonably and in good xxxxx xxxxx it inexpedient to correct deficiencies in the Work pursuant to Section 15.1, Owner may deduct the reasonable cost of doing so from the payment then due, any retainage held by Owner, or any payment thereafter due EPC Contractor, but the making of such a deduction shall in no way be deemed an election or limitation of remedies by Owner.
