Deduction of Arrears Items. The Union will notify the Company in writing of any arrears in dues caused for any reason or any arrears in Initiation or Re-Initiation Fees and the Company will immediately commence deductions in amounts prescribed by the Local Union in such written notice and forward such monies to the Local Union along with the monthly dues as provided for above. Such notice of arrears served on the Company shall prescribe payroll deductions of not more than the equivalent of one month's dues at the appropriate Local Union's dues rate.
