DEDUCTION OF EMPLOYEE ORGANISATION FEES. Where an employee has authorised in writing deductions of fees for an employee organisation, the employer shall remit such deductions on a bi-monthly basis to the relevant employee organisation together with a list of employees for whom deductions have been made.
