Common use of Deduction Remittance Clause in Contracts

Deduction Remittance. The aggregate deductions shall be remitted monthly to the Treasurer of the Campus Chapter of SCEA, together with an itemized statement containing the names from whom deductions have been made and the amount so deducted from each one. The aforementioned remittance shall be made no later than the 10th day of the month following the month for which deductions were made or as soon thereafter as normal payroll procedure permits. These deductions shall be made beginning in October and ending in June of each year.
