Deductions Collection. The deductions collected from all employees for any pay dates in a calendar month, together with an itemized statement, shall be remitted to the Union’s Salem headquarters no later than the tenth of the following month. An electronic itemized statement showing all new hires shall be sent to the Union no later than ten (10) calendar days following each pay date. This information will be provided in electronic format. This statement shall include the following information for every bargaining unit employee if readily available:
