Common use of Deemed Compliance with Proposition 65 Clause in Contracts

Deemed Compliance with Proposition 65. The Parties agree that compliance by Telecom with this Settlement Agreement constitutes compliance with Proposition 65 with respect to exposure to BPA from use of the Products.

Deemed Compliance with Proposition 65. The Parties agree that compliance by Telecom WS Trading with this Settlement Agreement constitutes compliance with Proposition 65 with respect to exposure to BPA from use of the Products.

Deemed Compliance with Proposition 65. The Parties agree that compliance by Telecom Max Interactive with this Settlement Agreement constitutes compliance with Proposition 65 with respect to exposure to BPA from use of the Products.

Deemed Compliance with Proposition 65. The Parties agree that compliance by Telecom RBG with this Settlement Agreement constitutes compliance with Proposition 65 with respect to exposure to BPA from use of the Products.
