Common use of Deemed Creations Clause in Contracts

Deemed Creations. Any patent, trademark, copyright or other property relating to Company's actual or contemplated business or activities, that is discovered, created, etc. by Employee, alone or in collaboration with others, within one (1) year after the termination of Employee's employment by Company for any reason, shall be deemed to be within the provisions of this Section 4(c), unless Employee can prove that the same was conceived and made after such termination.
