Deemed Inclusion. Provisions required by law, ordinances, rules, regulations or executive orders to be included in this Agreement are deemed inserted in this Agreement whether or not they appear in the Agreement or, upon application of either party, the Agreement shall be amended to make this insertion; however, in no event shall the failure to insert the required provisions before or after the Agreement is signed prevent its enforcement.
