DEEMED PURCHASE EXPENDITURES. (a) Trust Property which is expended on Acquisition Costs, the Purchase of Land, Minerals or Improvements, the satisfaction or accommodation of Occupants of Crown Land, Mineral Disposition Holders and Third Party Interest Holders, together with the costs of conducting feasibility studies, appraisals and environmental assessments (other than those costs to be incurred by Canada in accordance with section 11.07 hereof) shall be deemed for the purposes of section
