Common use of Deemed Resignations Clause in Contracts

Deemed Resignations. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Company and Employee prior to termination of Employee’s employment, any termination of Employee’s employment shall constitute an automatic resignation of Employee as an officer of the Company and each Affiliate of the Company, and an automatic resignation of the Employee from the Board. Employee agrees to promptly execute and deliver to the Company all consents and agreements necessary to effectuate the termination of Employee’s status as an officer and/or Employee’s resignation from the Board.
