Defamatory Material. The District and the Federation agree not to post or to distribute information which is defamatory. Any materials which are deemed by the District to be defamatory may be immediately removed from the bulletin board by the District provided that notice is given to the Federation. The District and the Federation shall meet to discuss any challenged material and agree upon remediation procedures. If the parties fail to agree on the appropriateness of the material in question, the matter shall be subject to the Grievance Procedure.
