Default by DCBS. DCBS shall be in default under this Contract if DCBS commits any material breach or default of any covenant, warranty, or obligation under this Contract, and such breach or default is not cured within 30 calendar days after Carrier’s notice or such longer period as Carrier may specify in such notice.
