Common use of Defence Costs Clause in Contracts

Defence Costs. The Insurance must indemnify the Insured against Defence Costs in relation to:— (a) any Claim referred to in clauses 2.2, 2.5 and 2.6; and (b) any Circumstance referred to in clauses 2.2, 2.5 and 2.6, and the Insurance shall provide that such Defence Costs will be met by the Insurer as and when they are determined, due and payable.

Defence Costs. The Insurance must indemnify the Insured against Defence Costs in relation to:—to:- (a) any Claim referred to in clauses 2.2, 2.5 and 2.6; and (b) any Circumstance referred to in clauses 2.2, 2.5 and 2.6, and the Insurance shall provide that such Defence Costs will be met by the Insurer as and when they are determined, due and payable.
