Defendant’s Guilty Plea. The defendant agrees to and hereby does plead guilty to the single-count Information, charging him with a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 666(a)(2), that is, Federal Program Bribery. The defendant also agrees to forfeit to the United States the property described in the Forfeiture Allegation of the Information. By entering into this plea agreement, the defendant admits that he knowingly committed these offenses, and is, in fact, guilty of these offenses.
