Competent Court. The Court of Milan shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of this offer to purchase.
Competent Court. Any and all disputes relating to the conclusion, validity, interpretation and/or execution or termination of the Agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Antwerp, Antwerp Division.

Competent Court. 1. In the event of a dispute between Hikari JS and a Member in relation to Service, the parties concerned shall consult with each other in good faith.
2. If the dispute is not resolved even after consultation, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance.
Competent Court. 21.1 All disputes arising from or in connection with the Contract will be subject to the exclusive Jurisdiction of the competent court of Breda, The Netherlands.
21.2 Article 21.1 shall leave intact the right of FUJIFILM to choose to have a dispute settled by the court having competent jurisdiction pursuant to the law.
