Defensive Registration Initial Registration Fee. VNDS will charge a fee for an initial registration of a Defensive Registration (the "Initial Defensive Registration Fee"). The Initial Defensive Registration Fee shall be paid in full by Registrar sponsoring the Defensive Registration at the time of registration and shall be for a duration of ten years. Related to Defensive Registration Initial Registration Fee

  • Expenses of Registration All expenses incurred in connection with registrations, filings or qualifications pursuant to Sections 2 and 3, including, without limitation, all registration, listing and qualifications fees, printers, legal and accounting fees shall be paid by the Company.

  • Initial Registration Periods Initial registrations of registered names may be made in the registry in one (1) year increments for up to a maximum of ten (10) years. For the avoidance of doubt, initial registrations of registered names may not exceed ten (10) years.

  • NERC Registration If and to the extent any of the NTO’s facilities are NERC jurisdictional facilities, the ISO will register for certain NERC functions applicable to those NTO facilities.
