Common use of Deficiencies of the Supplier’s services Clause in Contracts

Deficiencies of the Supplier’s services. A deficiency exists if the Supplier’s performance of the task under the Contract does not meet the requirements stated in the Contract, or does not otherwise correspond to what the Agency may reasonably expect. In the event of deficiencies, the Supplier must take necessary steps to remedy the deficiences as soon as possible. The Agency may require that there must be a proportionate reduction in the total remuneration that the Supplier is entitled to under this Contract, if the Supplier does not make the effort to remedy the deficiencies as soon as possible.
