Common use of Deficient Certification Clause in Contracts

Deficient Certification. If the employee provides an incomplete medical certification, the District must give the employee a reasonable opportunity to cure any such deficiency. However, if the employee fails to provide a timely medical certification, the District may delay the employee’s Family and Medical Leave until the employee provides the required certification.
