If Institution chooses to enroll specific departments, school locations, and/or clearly defined User groups, Institution must provide the department, school location, and/or defined User group names. If the department, school location, or User group is part of an Affiliate, Institution must also provide the name of the Affiliate. A department includes all segments of a department (e.g., a business school should include the business library). A department must be for educational purposes.
