Step-up Licenses. For Licenses eligible for a step-up under this Enrollment, Enrolled Affiliate may step-up to a higher edition or suite as follows:

Step-up Licenses. For Licenses eligible for a step-up under this Enrollment, Institution may step-up to a higher edition or suite. The order requirements set forth in the subsection above titled “Adding Licenses for previously ordered Products” apply to all step-ups.
Step-up Licenses. For Licenses eligible for a step-up under this Enrollment, Enrolled Affiliate may step-up to a higher edition or suite as follows: For step-up Licenses included on an initial order, Enrolled Affiliate may order according to the true-up process. If step-up Licenses are not included on an initial order, Enrolled Affiliate may step-up initially by following the process described in the Section titled “Adding new Products not previously ordered,” then for additional step-up Licenses, by following the true-up order process.
Step-up Licenses. Customer is eligible to purchase Visual Studio Enterprise with GitHub Enterprise Step-up Licenses as provided in Appendix BSoftware Assurance, “Step-up License Availability” for any of its Visual Studio Professional with GitHub Enterprise Licensed Users.

  • Licenses Awarded Vendor shall maintain, in current status, all federal, state and local licenses, bonds and permits required for the operation of the business conducted by awarded Vendor. Awarded Vendor shall remain reasonably fully informed of and in compliance with all ordinances and regulations pertaining to the lawful provision of goods or services under the Agreement. TIPS and TIPS Members reserves the right to stop work and/or cancel an order or terminate this or any other sales Agreement of any awarded Vendor whose license(s) required for performance under this Agreement have expired, lapsed, are suspended or terminated subject to a 30-day cure period unless prohibited by applicable statue or regulation.
