Definite Integrated Contribution Formula. If elected in the Adoption Agreement, the Employer will contribute an amount equal to the Base Contribution Percentage selected in the Adoption Agreement (but not less than 3%) of each Participant's Compensation (as defined in Section 4.04 of the Plan) for the Plan Year, up to the Integration Level plus an amount equal to the Excess Contribution Percentage selected in the Adoption Agreement (but not less than 3% and not to exceed the Base Contribution Percentage by more than the lesser of: (i) the Base Contribution Percentage, or (ii) the Maximum Disparity Rate) of such Participant's Excess Compensation.
