Definition and Rights of the Grievant and Association. 011 A grievance is defined as a claim by an employee, a group of employees, or the Association that there has been a violation, misinterpretation, or misapplication of the terms of this Agreement. Grievances shall be handled as set forth in this Grievance Procedure.
