Definition of Business Idea. The termBusiness Ideas” means all ideas, designs, modifications, formulations, concepts, know-how, Confidential Information, trade secrets, discoveries, inventions, data, software, developments and copyrightable works, whether or not patentable or registrable, which Consultant originates or develops, in whole, either alone or jointly with others, in connection with Consultant’s performance of the Services and using the assets of the Company, and which are substantially related to the then-existing business of the Company known to Consultant to be engaged in by Company.
