Definition of Company Solely for purposes of this Article 6, the term "Company" also shall include any existing or future subsidiaries of the Company that are operating during the time periods described herein and any other entities that directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, control, are controlled by or are under common control with the Company during the periods described herein.

Limitation on Investments and New Businesses No Restricted Person will (a) make any expenditure or commitment or incur any obligation or enter into or engage in any transaction except in the ordinary course of business and as described below in this Section 7.7 and in Section 7.11, (b) engage directly or indirectly in any business or conduct any operations except in connection with or incidental to its present businesses and operations as presently conducted, or (c) make any acquisitions of or capital contributions to or other Investments in any Person or property, other than Permitted Investments.
Definition of Confidential Information The term “Confidential Information” shall mean all information that either party discloses (a “Disclosing Party”) to the other party (a “Receiving Party”), whether in writing, electronically, or orally and in any form (tangible or intangible), that is confidential, proprietary, or relates to clients or shareholders (each either existing or potential). Termination of Business Relationship If the Optionee's Business Relationship with the Company and all Related Corporations is terminated, other than by reason of death, disability or dissolution as defined in Section 5, no further installments of this option shall become exercisable, and this option shall terminate (and may no longer be exercised) after the passage of 90 days from the date the Business Relationship ceases, but in no event later than the scheduled expiration date. In such a case, the Optionee's only rights hereunder shall be those which are properly exercised before the termination of this option.
