Definition of Child Supervisor. (a) The Engager is responsible for engaging a qualified person capable of adequately supervising the child. This duty may not be required of any Artist contracted for the production. (b) The Child Supervisor(s) must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. (c) The Engager will comply with provincial requirements with respect to performing background checks on Child Supervisors. (d) The Child Supervisor must be agreed upon by the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) in writing.
