DEFINITION OF HSDS SERVICE LEVEL STANDARDS. Subject to the conditions, qualifications and limitations set forth herein, including, without limitation, those set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, during the term of this Agreement, I(3)S shall offer, or cause to be offered, the service level standards pertaining to various aspects of HSDS, as more particularly described and set forth in Exhibit C.
