Definition of ‘Pay’. In reiteration of Clause 6 of the Bipartite Settlement dated 27th April 2010, ‘Pay’ for the purpose of Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance (HRA) and superannuation benefits including for contribution to National Pension System (NPS) shall mean Basic Pay, Stagnation increments, Special Pay, Graduation Pay, Professional Qualification Pay and Officiating Pay, if any.
