Common use of Definition of Revenue Clause in Contracts

Definition of Revenue. For purposes of this Agreement, "REVENUE" shall mean the gross revenue generated from the sale of Excess Capacity actually collected less any deductions set forth in SECTION 9.11.1, SECTION 9.11.2 and SECTION 9.11.3.
