Common use of Definition of Tenant Clause in Contracts

Definition of Tenant. The term “Tenant” as used in this Agreement shall include Tenant, all members of Tenant’s immediate family, any legal entity in which Tenant or any member of Tenant’s immediate family owns or controls, directly or indirectly, more than ten percent (10%) of the shares or interests therein, and any third party who is acting under the direction or control of any of the above parties.
