Common use of Definition of “Vehicle Clause in Contracts

Definition of “Vehicle. As used in this Agreement, “Vehicle” means an automobile, van, or light duty truck that is not manufactured for a particular commercial purpose. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or otherwise, Inventory Financing is available only for a Vehicle that can be registered for use on public highways, and is not a vehicle that is titled outside the United States or has been previously titled outside the United States, in each case:
