Definitions and Schedules. In this Agreement, the definitions provided by the 1997 CAPL Farmout and Royalty Procedure (the “Farmout and Royalty Procedure”), Article 1.01, shall apply; however, unless inconsistent therewith or unless the context otherwise requires, specific terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
