  • Defined Terms; References Unless otherwise specifically defined herein, each term used herein which is defined in the Credit Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in the Credit Agreement.   • Definitions and Exhibits Terms defined above or in the text of this Loan Agreement shall have the meanings set forth herein. Other capitalized terms shall have the meaning set forth in the Definitions Addendum, which is attached and incorporated herein. All exhibits to this Loan Agreement are also incorporated herein.
