Definitions Specific to FDNP Services. In addition to the definitions in Section A.2. of this Program Element, the following terms used in this Section B.2. shall have the meanings assigned below, unless the context requires otherwise: a. Eligible Foods: Fresh, nutritious, unprepared, Locally Grown Produce, fruits, vegetables and herbs for human consumption. Foods that have been processed or prepared beyond their natural state, except for usual harvesting and cleaning processes, are not Eligible Foods. Honey, maple syrup, cider, nuts, seeds, eggs, meat, cheese and seafood are examples of foods that are not Eligible Foods.
