Delay Liquidated Damages for Subproject 1. If Substantial Completion of Subproject 1 occurs after the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date for Subproject 1, Contractor shall pay to Owner amounts according to the following schedule for each Day, or portion thereof, of delay until Substantial Completion for Subproject 1 occurs:
