Common use of Delays by Customer Clause in Contracts

Delays by Customer. If you fail to comply with any of your obligations under this Agreement or you delay in performing an action or doing something that impacts on our ability to perform our obligations, then: (i) we are relieved of our obligations under this Agreement to the extent that we cannot perform them because of such failure or delay; (ii) any timetable for the provision of Services will be adjusted to take into account such failure or delay (by way of extension to the time for us to perform our obligation); (iii) you agree to pay any reasonable additional costs or expenses incurred by us as a result of your failure of delay.
