Common use of Delays in Transfers Clause in Contracts

Delays in Transfers. When a transfer under (c) above is planned but time is required to complete the transfer, the affected worker(s) will be allowed to stay in camp or remain on Subsistence, at no cost to the worker, until the completion of the transfer to a maximum of seven calendar days unless an extension is granted by the Owner or Managing Contractor or party with whom the camp manager is contracted.
