Common use of Delegation of Functions Clause in Contracts

Delegation of Functions. For the purposes of the implementation of the Partnership Arrangements, the Authority hereby delegates the exercise of the Authority Health Related Functions to the Trust to exercise alongside the NHS Functions and act as integrated provider of Specialist Occupational Therapy Assessment Services. Additional services may be brought within the scope of this Agreement during the Term by agreement.
