Deletion and Return of Personal Data. 11.1 Upon completion of the contractual work as laid down in the Principal Agreement or when requested by the Controller, and within a reasonable time which shall not exceed 30 calendar days, the Processor must return to the Controller all documents in its possession and all work products and data produced, or delete them in compliance with the Applicable Law with the prior consent of the Controller.
