Common use of Deletion of Connection Point Clause in Contracts

Deletion of Connection Point. If at any time in respect of a Connection Point, the Land Holder does not own or is not otherwise entitled to use land in the Irrigation District such that: (a) the Connection Point is located on the land; (b) the Connection Point is located on a boundary of the land; or (c) the Land Holder has a right to transport water from the Connection Point to the land, this agreement will be taken to amended at that time such that that Connection Point and the Connection Infrastructure specified in respect of that Connection Point are deleted from the schedule.
