SmugMug shall delete or return Photographer Personal Data to Photographer after the end of the provision of Services or Products under the Agreement and shall delete all existing copies thereof, except to the extent that SmugMug is required under Data Protection Legislation to keep a copy of the Photographer Personal Data.
