Common use of Deletion or return of Data Clause in Contracts

Upon termination or expiry of the Agreement, and upon written request, RingCentral shall, at Customer's election, either delete or return to Customer, Customer Personal Data (including copies) in RingCentral's possession, save to the extent that RingCentral is required by applicable law to retain some or all of the Customer Personal Data.
