Delinquency & Resignation. Members who no longer wish to retain that status may resign CSEA membership by written notification to the Chapter Treasurer. If they arc obligated to pay dues or service fees to CSEA pursuant to an organizational security agreement, they shall become "Service Fcc Payers" subject to the same service fees and rights, benefits and burdens as provided under Section 4 of this Article.
