Common use of Delinquent Payments Clause in Contracts

Delinquent Payments. A late fee of $30.00 will be charged when a rent payment becomes 10 days past due. Each additional month, or part thereof, that an outstanding rent payment is not made, an additional $30.00 late fee will be assessed. In addition to assessing late fees, the University reserves the right to place holds on a Tenant’s class registration and transcript until all outstanding rent and other housing obligations are paid in full.
