Deliveries of Feedstock. Subject to Article 7, from and after the Commercial Operation Date, Supplier or its Affiliates shall supply and deliver to Fulcrum at the Delivery Point, and Fulcrum shall accept at the Delivery Point, the quantities of Feedstock specified in the Instructions.
