Deliveries to the City. Any reports or other items to be delivered or furnished to the City hereunder (other than notices, demands or communications under Section 13.1) shall be delivered or furnished to the attention of the City Solicitor in the City’s Law Department.
Deliveries to the City. Upon notice to such effect by the City, Columbia shall deliver to the City policies or certificates or certified copies of the insurance policies required by this Agreement, endorsed “Paid” or accompanied by other evidence that the premiums for such policies have been paid before the expiration of any then current policy.
