Common use of Delivery & Access Clause in Contracts

Delivery & Access. 2.1 The Distributor will provide the Licensed Materials to the Licensee and to the Participating Institutions in the following manner: Network Access. The Licensed Materials will be stored at one or more of the Publisher’s locations in digital form accessible by telecommunication links between such locations and authorized locations of the Licensee and the Participating Institutions.

Delivery & Access. 2.1 The Distributor will provide the Licensed Materials to the Licensee and to the Participating Institutions in the following manner: Network Access. The Licensed Materials will be stored at one or more of the Publisher’s locations in digital form accessible by telecommunication links between such locations and authorized locations of the Licensee and the Participating Institutions.

Delivery & Access. 2.1 The Distributor will provide grants access to the Licensed Materials to the Licensee and to the Participating Institutions in the following manner: Network Access. The Licensed Materials will be stored at one or more of the Publisher’s locations in digital form accessible by telecommunication links between such locations and authorized locations of IPs under the control of the Licensee and the Participating Institutions.

Delivery & Access. 2.1 The Distributor will provide the Participating Institutions with access to and rights to use the Licensed Materials to the Licensee and to the Participating Institutions as agreed in this Agreement, particularly in the following manner: Network Access. The Licensed Materials will be stored at one or more of the Publisher’s locations in digital form accessible by telecommunication links between such locations and authorized locations of the Licensee and the Participating Institutions.

Delivery & Access. 2.1 The Distributor will provide the Licensed Materials to the Licensee and to the Participating Institutions with access to and rights to use the Licensed Materials as agreed in this Agreement, particularly in the following manner: Network Access. The Licensed Materials will be stored at one or more of the Publisher’s locations or third`s parties locations in digital form accessible by telecommunication links between such locations and authorized locations of the Licensee and the Participating Institutions.
